What PayUpp is

PayUpp is a free app for tracking and splitting shared expenses within groups. It records who paid what and calculates who owes whom. It does not move money and is not a payment service.

Your account

You need an account to store data in the cloud. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your country.

Acceptable use

• Do not use PayUpp for anything unlawful.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Only add people to groups who expect to be added.

Your data

Your data stays yours. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

No warranty

PayUpp is provided "as is", free of charge. Balances and settlement suggestions are calculated in good faith but are not financial advice; verify amounts before paying anyone. We may change or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss.

Termination

You can stop using PayUpp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
